    Tim Drake has secured peace for Gotham and all of the Juistria League - by marrying the High Chief of what has been their enemy nation for generations. Now, having left behind everything and everyone he has ever known, his new life in these strange, magical lands begins.

    Whatever happens next is uncertain. There are only two things he knows to be true: Having Jason at his side will be a comfort - and he can rely on his husband's kindness when everything else fails him.

    But will he be able to navigate these Lands, where common sense just doesn't seem to apply? And will he be able to gain the heart of his husband, or be stuck in a one-sided love for the rest of his life? Can he prove his worth as more than a trophy by Danny's side, not only to Danny but to his council as well? And what are these whispers about civil unrest about?

    As Tim is plagued by these questions, his husband Danny also has a few pressing questions he would like the answer to: How did he manage to marry someone as perfect as Tim?     Tim Drake died at seventeen, his family long broken beyond repair.
    A Cuckoo finally rid from the nest.

    But when he wakes up in his time, just a year after the Graysons death and appearance of the first Robin.
    Tim wouldnt let his family suffer again, even if it meant he couldnt join them.

    Bruce Wayne is not "Brucie Wayne"
    Tim Drake is not "Timothy Drake"

    They are both personas, a front to prevent people from looking at whats really under the surface. But sooner or later Tim should have known Gotham being a city of secrets, nothing stays buried forever. Especially not when the bats get involved with their trashy next door neighbor whose behavior seems more and more contradictory.

    Tim had saved them all more times than he could count, maybe this time they could return the favor.

    Daniel "Danny" James Fenton was a junior engineering student at Gotham University. He lived off-campus, in Park Row; or, as the natives called it, Crime Alley. The crime didn't really bother him much, though. Or the distance from campus. Or even the shoebox size of his apartment. It wasn't like he spent much time there, after all.

    Daniel "Phantom" Nightingale was the Ghost-King-in-waiting. One day, he would be responsible for all of the unquiet dead and not-quite-dead, everywhere, forever. He was not technically required to pick up any of the duties until then, but when did problems ever get better for ignoring them? So he was handling things, as they cropped up.

    Something just cropped up.

    Gotham was literally cursed but no one believed Bruce. He took it upon himself to fix it and after decades of searching, that solution came to him in the form of a little blue vial. Bruce was to take the curse within himself to temper it into something manageable.

    He thinks the others would call him stupid and stop him if they knew about this, but (un)fortunately for Bruce, his family hasn't spoken to him for forever. There was no one here to stop him.

    He downed the liquid and woke up as his nine-year-old self.

    Ch3 Excerpt:

    “Mother, do you remember those funny clouds above people’s heads I told you about? Well, I’m doing something about them but the process is very lonely. Or not. I think it’s just me. I’m the problem. I can’t seem to get people to like me enough to stay. I know–-… I’m aware that it’s due to my own shortcomings but sometimes, it feels like even the worst monsters have people that love them and yet I have no one.”

    Bruce let out a humourless chuckle and rested his forehead on his knees.

    “I just wish there was someone that cared about me.”
