Perhaps it’s the Poppyseed that makes him say it; the world at its edges as soft as the satin of his mother’s skirts that he hid amongst as a boy. Or perhaps it’s the nip of whiskey she’d allowed him as they’d sat and waited for the tonic to do its work that slicks his words enough to let them slide between his teeth. Perhaps it’s each of his ghosts that she already hosts, beckoning one more of their number to flock to her arms.

Summary
When RuPaul's Anniversary Tour was pitched to the big queens from every season of Drag Race, there was no question they'd do it. For some, it was a chance for reputation rehab. For others, it was a chance to get out there and perform for big audiences again. For others, it was just for fun.
Trixie and Katya fell into the last camp. The Anniversary Tour sounded like the good kind of nostalgia after years away from this kind of show. Besides, Trixie needed some time away from home to find her head after her personal life had secretly imploded--so secretly that not even Katya knew the details and how it would cause waves in her own life.

Sherlock knows a lot of things. He knows where plants get their green colour from, what the first element on the periodic table is, that DNA is the shortened form of the term deoxyribonucleic acid, how long it usually takes his mould cultures to grow to a respectable size and that Mycroft is his brother. He doesn't understand why people keep disagreeing with that last one, though.
