Civil war happened, the Rouges are separated across the world-- or that is what Tony thought.
He'll soon find himself face to face with his life decisions he made up until this point and the petition, ran by the very government that broke them apart, to pardon the Rouges. Just like that.
Tony had two months of dealing with anxiety before welcoming them back into the Avengers Tower as the Compound wasn't usable for such a large group.
