Demian’s brief surprise has entirely faded, but he’s still looking at Sinclair instead of the book he has in his hands. Sinclair feels a flutter in his chest at the implication of importance. “Go on.” Demian says, a calm smile on his face.
Sinclair really doesn’t know how he's supposed to do that.
