Soobin hears the sigh of relief Yeonjun lets out, feeling the weight on his chest get worse, like a hand pressing down on him. He didn't realise how bad things had gotten, that hearing just a few words from Soobin was enough to take away so much stress from Yeonjun. He's always tried to be as small a burden on Yeonjun as he could be, but he knew it was never enough. He was always too much.

Soobin thinks he's never seen this expression on Yeonjun's face. He wonders what it means, how to interpret it. Nostalgia, maybe? Maybe Yeonjun is remembering how they were last year, the year before. How nice it feels to be back in each other's orbit, back in the comfort of the person that has known them better than themselves for all their lives.
Maybe he's remembering how easy it was until last year, back when they were closer. When Soobin was in love with him.

Summary
The air before him becomes a blur, and then suddenly, there is someone standing right in front of him. No, not someone. Something.
The moon shines down upon them and illuminates the face of the creature. It gives Soobin the perfect opportunity to memorize it.
The monster is surprisingly pale. Dark hair falls around its face, which only enhances its ghostly complexion. What is worse, it is the depiction of pure beauty. Plump lips, sharp eyebrows and fox-like eyes, it outshines every model Soobin has ever laid his eyes on.

Soobin dreams of a monster hunting and killing him for months. It's been wearing him down both mentally and physically, but there's no explanation to why he has them.
