When Eduardo reaches out to make amends, Mark decides the best way to let go of his past mistakes is to cling to them as fiercely as possible.

    --

“I’m not going to bite,” Eduardo says.

“I know,” Mark says, like he doesn’t remember Eduardo smashing his laptop and staring him down like he was personally discovering the scum of the earth.

    Summary

As she approached the actually rather unremarkable looking young man, she felt a swell of doubt. Was he really who she’d thought he was? Spider-Man had been a giant of a man, someone she could easily imagine at the front of her train, gripping hundreds of webs with power enough to crush the train car into the shape of his body.

This boy looked barely able to carry his overstuffed backpack. With his Oxford shirt and jeans and neatly combed hair, he could have been the poster child for a 1950s science scholarship. Not someone you imagined facing down an eight-armed psychopath on a speeding train.

Half convinced she’d imagined the whole thing, Maggie crossed the diner and stepped up to his table. After a moment he noticed her, lifting his attention from an open book full of equations and cracker crumbs to look right at her.

All doubt vanished when Maggie looked into his blue eyes and round face. It was him. No question. It was Spider-Man, right here at her table, waiting to order breakfast from her.

It seems stupid to think of, but at that moment, Roman would give all of his money, all of his connections, both of his kidneys, everything he owns and is, just to see Kendall on the toilet with his boxers down, reading some stupid article on his phone, maybe planning to overthrow the government or some other weird thing only Kendall would think of, and not... not...

    ...this...

Roman is in a horror movie. This is all a fragment cut off from a very crappy, very unfunny gag on ATN. He’s not in real life.

“Oh…” there is so much red in there, “oh no,” Roman doubts he’s seen so much blood in his entire life, “oh no.”

This is my take on what Kendall would've done after the ending of succession. And just to be clear if the tags aren't, this fic contains graphic depictions of suicide and the aftermath of it, read at your own risk.

    I knew you...
    Tried to change the ending
    Peter losing Wendy

Aurora Granger was nineteen the first time she saw Kendall Roy. It was at a Rap fight on campus, and she gave him the harshest review yet.
She was in her second year at Harvard and had landed a column in the entertainment section of the Harvard Crimson.
Her job was basically to go to plays, dance recitals, student orchestra concerts, anywhere there was "art" to review.
She'd had trouble with that, some angry people had filed complaints against her.
Fred, the editor-in-chief of the Harvard Crimson was supportive and told her to get used to criticism. She took it as a positive thing.
Except for the day when the heir to one of the biggest media companies in the country and the world showed up at her bedroom door with the newpaper in his hand asking for her... and he never left.
