Summary
The Lion took a step forward then, slightly closer to Charlie. “You wore the wolf.” He lifts his hands and gently traces the soft curve of the edge of Charlie’s mask, so his finger is half on the mask and half trailing across Charlie’s upper cheek. It makes Charlie shutter slightly, in the best way. He can’t help the smile that unfurls across his face.
Lion’s breath hitches for a moment, and then his finger drops slightly across his cheek. He presses it into the dimple on Charlie’s cheek. “You have dimples.” He says, he sounds entirely delighted, as if somehow dimples are a wonder to be marveled at. “I never knew you had dimples.”
Charlie raises his hand and catches Lion’s hand, pressing his fingers against his face until Lion’s palm is cupping his cheek. “I suppose my other masks covered them up.” He supplies. He does not want to let go of Lion’s hand. Instead, he uses where he is clutching it to his face to slide it slightly, till it cover’s his mouth and he is able to place a gentle kiss upon the owner's palm.
