Katsuki has poured his fucking heart and soul into this fashion line.
Days of sleepless nights and months of prep work, it was finally time for the big day. His parents were legends in the fashion industry. Everyone knew and/or wore their collection. Half of the time all preorders were sold out within minutes of the sale.
But tragedy struck when they were coming back from Europe and flew right into a storm. That was six years ago right after he graduated from high school. No one truly knew what happened. Maybe it was a villain's quirk or some freak accident, but it still weighed heavy on his chest.
This show was set in Toyko... the one show that didn’t make the line up. A show dedicated to his parents.

Katsuki is miserable and confused. He doesn't understand because he thought they were best friends again. He starts to think it's because he took Ochako, but that changes when he sees a Twitter thread that Izuku had posted while drunk.

Summary
Izuku's stomach turned over. He had told himself a thousand times that this was it. That the next time Kacchan started nesting, he'd shoot his shot. They were third years, and Kacchan was easily his best friend. He was also the love of his life. Every time Kacchan hit pre-heat, courting gifts would flood the dorms and Izuku would watch in terror as Kacchan inspected each one and then crumple in relief when he turned them down.
He couldn't wait on the sidelines anymore and wonder if Kacchan would accept him. He had to try, or else he'd miss his chance and regret it for the rest of his life.
