“I’m helping my boyfriend avoid an aneurysm,” Ivan says, fluttering those eyelashes like he knows exactly what Till’s thinking. His hands start to unfasten Till’s pants, and Till’s resolve melts faster than whipped cream on hot cocoa.
“Is that what they’re calling it these days?” Till mutters, hating how Ivan’s smirk brings heat to his gut.

Maybe it would've been normal, a little too personal and sprinkled with longing and hidden grudges like Till was someone's ridiculous forbidden love-- if it wasn't from him of all people. On the fifth, befuddled, reread while trying to process what he was seeing, Till shot up from his chair and ran out of the empty classroom. He slowed down to a speed walk on the way down the hallway, not knowing where the hell he was planning to go but letting his feet lead him because he had one thought ringing clearly in his mind.

Summary
The past few months have been eye-opening for Till. Previously he never really spared a second glance at Ivan or thought too hard about his somewhat possessive and overbearing behaviors, but one day Ivan wasn’t as clingy as he normally was and Till found he somehow missed it. The weirdness didn’t stop there, however, Ivan began putting some distance between them, not spending as much time with Till, not texting him regularly or using him as his own personal pillow and the lack of Ivan was practically distressing. Practically isn’t the right word, it was distressing. Till felt off-kilter and like a vital piece of him was missing when Ivan wasn’t around. It was so unbearable that Till swallowed his pride and admitted to Ivan that he missed him and even apologized for whatever it was he did to upset him.
Still he longs for more, longs for something he's never had the courage or power to properly ask for. Something he doesn't really think he deserves. His heat-addled brain corrects helps him finally make a move.

Summary
For the past year and a half, Till has barely known a moment's peace, constantly being at his esper’s beck and call. Till still couldn’t comprehend why they were paired together: Ivan was an S rank esper and Till was only a B rank guide, but somehow their compatibility score was off the charts at 89 percent.
Ivan had a great deal of trouble keeping partners around and Till immediately saw why. The esper was reckless, pushing himself to his very limits before requesting guiding and overworking himself. The calls for guiding came at all hours of the day and Till was always expected to answer them. It resulted in him not having very much of a social life, spending what little free time he had between classes waiting for his esper’s call.
Despite Ivan calling for guiding frequently, he only ever let Till hold his hand, offering him the most basic and least helpful form of contact guiding. He never allowed for more advanced guiding techniques even though they were more effective and their effects lasted longer.

Summary
Till loved Ivan, he really did, but he was growing bored. He missed how Ivan was in the beginning of the relationship and longed to have the old Ivan back.
He thinks back to how they used to interact. Till doesn’t think he’s changed that much, but maybe he has. He wonders how he can get under Ivan’s skin enough to get him to break, to get him to fuck Till like he wants to break Till. He doesn’t really know what annoys Ivan, so he looks up men’s biggest complaints in their relationships.
One of the things he finds is that men can’t stand when their wives or partners nag them. Till has heard that word before in passing and thinks he knows what it means, but decides to look it up to be safe.
He finds a definition that says that nagging is “repeated urging or criticism often stemming from feeling unheard in a relationship.” He ignores the part of the definition that says nagging usually damages the relationship.
An evil smirk creeps onto Till’s face. He could do this, he could nag Ivan and drive him absolutely insane. He closes his laptop and begins to plot how he will set his plan into motion.
