Summary
Being a part-time superhero doesn’t solve Will’s problems; instead, it adds to them. As Cleric, he’s forced to deal with his egotistical know-it-all of a partner, Paladin. As Will, he’s stuck hopelessly pining after his best friend. He’s honestly not sure which is worse.
One thing’s for sure, though — he needs a change. In one of his weaker moments, Will comes up with a plan: get over Mike by getting under someone else, someone he knows he won’t fall for.

Summary
It’s been a few months since the Byers family got back to Hawkins and moved into the Wheeler household. Will is struggling desperately to move on from his crush on Mike, but the government keeps shutting the whole town in a mandatory lockdown. Mike is just so happy to have his best friend back and to have all of Will’s undivided attention to himself. Now that the whole party is back in Hawkins, El is begging for an opportunity to attack Henry and to find Max. Will knows that he has to get his shit together if he is going to face this battle alongside his friends. All he has to do is learn how to say no to Mike, even if he doesn’t want to.

Mike sighed, more of a gravelly ripple in his chest than an actual breath.
"I need a taste." Will froze at that, his head tilting in confusion, "Please?" The alpha begged.
Just as it felt like Will would try to escape again, Mike tightened his grip.
"T-taste of what?" He asked, but stuttered, like he already knew what.

Summary
Will Byers lives a quiet, solitary life as a children's book illustrator, helping bring other people's stories to life—fixing lonely trees, drawing impossible worlds, and leaving pieces of himself on pages no one will ever know he touched.
Then, one cold night, he finds a stranger collapsed outside his apartment building. A young man who can't speak, pale, exhausted, and little more than skin and bones.
