Summary
Franco doesn’t notice the moment it stops being normal.
Later, he’ll think maybe it was the way Jack laughed–head tipped back, too loud for the quiet street. Or the way Franco was already looking at him, not really listening, just… watching.
He’ll think maybe there was a warning.
There isn’t.

Summary
They were tied to his back, coarse rope biting into his chest with every breath. His wings sat folded so tightly against him they ached, feathers bent where they shouldn't be.
Japan hadn't gone particularly well for Red Bull.
At least two of the four cars had scored points.
Neither of them had been him.

Summary
5+1 Fic
5 times Dino wasn't sure what the feeling was and 1 time he was.—
Dino had finally escaped the clutches of the media pen.
Sadly, his teammate had not.
So he was left to make the walk back to the Ferrari hospitality alone, weaving through mechanics, engineers and the occasional camera crew still hunting for interviews.
Halfway there, he spotted a familiar shade of dark blue.
Not Red Bull blue.

Everybody.
Loves a winner.
So why was it so hard to like him?
The irritating, short, Italian man was impossible to enjoy being around.
And it’s not like he was even trying to be annoying. Nikola just could not deal with him.

Summary
The hotel room was quiet except for the television.
Not properly quiet, the F1 pre-race coverage filled the space in a constant stream of commentary and engine noise, but muted enough that Dino barely registered any of it. The screen flashed through shots of the grid, mechanics, celebrities in the paddock, all bright colours and movement that felt very far away from him.
He sat at the edge of the bed already changed into a t-shirt and a hoodie under it, staring at absolutely nothing.
The race replay kept looping in his head anyway.
P2.
Still within reach.
The car feeling good beneath him for once, genuinely good, matching the leader corner after corner and then its gone up in smoke. Literally.
A knock sounded at the door.
