"Good whatever time it is to you too, Orphy." She smiled as she set down her ladle, and went to hug him.
Oh, she'd missed this. The way his arms wrapped around her, squeezing tight. The tiny ooph he let out as he adjusted his grip. All those little things just added up, would you look at that.

Summary
Apollo hadn't been meaning to get into music, really, but a dare from Clay and the requirements of college applications tag team him on that one. Cut to a few years later, and Apollo is suddenly exposed to a very different style of music when he bumps into Klavier Gavin at a crime scene. Now it's not only Prosecutor Gavin's foppishness… but also the rock music he plays that get on Apollo's nerves.
Will the pair be able to discover each other's hidden depths in the midst of personal turmoil?
