Summary
“You know why I call you little wolf?” he asked, and Telemachus realized he’d been holding his breath.
Was his heart racing because of fear or something else?
“For some time I thought to myself, ‘I can break this pup and make him heel to me’,” he shared, smiling sadistically. “But I realized you’re no obedient dog. You’re alone and untamed, just like…a wolf.”
Telemachus didn’t know when his body started craving something it never had before. Nothing good would come from whatever was about to happen.
“Just let me tame you, little wolf.”
~~~~~~~~~
Or…It’s been one month since Athena disappeared and Telemachus struggles to keep the suitors’ daily abuse hidden from his mother in an attempt to keep her safe. That is until Antinous offers him an unexpected deal, giving Telemachus a taste of the power he’s been so desperately craving. Antinous, on the other hand, sees an opportunity to get everything he desires - sex, the throne, and revenge. However his plans to exploit the prince become complicated as the many obstacles in his path make him question everything he’s lived for as well as what he’s willing to fight for.
Summary
“You should thank the gods for answering your prayers,” Antinous words dripped with bitterness as his eyes narrowed. “The furies that hounded Orestes will pale in comparison to the haunting I will give your mind, body and soul. I will consume all that you are and will be, little prince. By striking me down, your father has only sealed your fate as the eternal offering on my altar, and I will have that which is owed to me.”
(Antinous' ghost haunts Telemachus, and Telemachus is forced to reflect on their past relationship and come to terms with what it has become. Peisistratus makes a timely visit with his father Nestor to Ithaca, navigating the changed state of his friend while wrestling with his feelings surrounding Ithaca's prince.)
