Summary
Armin was used to that, he knew each one of the Jeagers held him in different esteem. Carla viewed him and Mikasa as the same as any human kid, which led Mikasa to see him as family as well. Grisha first saw in Armin an opportunity to bond with his son while he himself got some help on his work, yet he grew to genuinely appreciate the android’s presence.
For Zeke, Armin was a doll.
Or, Armin is an android projected to be a super-computer as he "grows up" together with Eren. Zeke doesn't like his final update.

Summary
Spring semester of junior year came and went in a cool summer breeze. Two months and two weeks had passed since the last time Armin kissed Eren, and the first time he ever kissed Jean. Everyday of dating Jean since that night has felt right. Armin felt a sense of achievement in becoming Jean’s boyfriend—the dates, the sex, the commitment—during that summer, Jean brought a security to Armin’s life that felt much needed.
But summer didn’t last forever. In only two weeks away, Armin’s last year of college would begin. And in only a year from this moment, he’d be graduated and left to the devices of the real world.
Thoughts like that shouldn’t scare Armin. The future should only hold greatness for him. He’s still excelling in school, he has jobs basically lined up as soon as he gets his diploma, and a boyfriend that couldn’t be anything less than perfect.
But no matter what, the future will always look scary when being confronted.

Summary
This is an alternate ending—post season 4 after the Rumbling ended.
Paradis Island is trying to recover from the damage Eren caused, it's left scorching burns on the entirety of humanity, some more so then others.
Armin's entire world crumbled the day they killed Eren, he's not entirely sure how to properly function in the newfound "freedom".
Life isn't the same anymore and he's finding it hard to stay afloat.
