Neil had expected quite a bit out of tonight’s Edens trip. He’d expected Kevin getting smashed and ending up passed out in the bathroom, Nicky trying to hook up with everything he could get his hands on, and Aaron sending him stink eyes until he couldn’t think straight.
What he hadn’t expected was to lose Andrew on their way back to the table, receive a message of ‘bathroom,’ and then see the same man return in quite the state. Disheveled, lips swollen, and a distinct red mark on his neck that Neil had left many times.
But this time, Neil hadn’t left it.

It’s a risky move. Andrew is sat right next to Kevin on his other side, staring up at the stadium monitor hanging from the ceiling. It’d only take a lean and a shove to get a knife in Aaron’s chest. Maybe another lean after that for Aaron’s blood to be splattered all over the sticky, sweaty benches between them.
But with the crowd shouting and the adrenaline still running through his chest and legs and arms like buzzing electricity; it was impulse.
He was a grown man. So was Kevin. Who’s to say who they can kiss and who they can’t.
Okay. Well. Andrew can say, and he does say. He says very clearly.
