Izuku was being scolded by Death Arms, Kamui Woods, and Mt. Lady after Kacchan threw him under the bus after the Sludge Villain Attack. Well, he was being scolded until a tired, fierce EMT stepped up and tore the Heroes a new one. Now Izuku was kind of in awe, kind of confused, and absolutely receiving the proper care and treatment a victim of a Villain Attack was SUPPOSED TO GET. And, well, if all of this added up to Izuku taking a deep-dive down the Medical and Support Hero rabbit hole?

All Might DID tell him to be Realistic.
(An AU where Quirkless Izuku is inspired to go into Medical Support, Recovery Girl absolutely adores her little Aide, Aizawa and the rest of the Underground like this funky little Volunteer, and Izuku gets the love, care, and support he fucking deserves)

Well, one down ninete-", Shigaraki's gloating is cut off as two flashes of light shine out from the head of the boy Nomu had just killed, suddenly looking shocked as he noticed the boys head and neck somehow healing.
Asui, Aoyama, Bakugo and Kirishima looked on with stunned amazement as the body of their assumed dead friend and classmate began to repair itself to the point that it was like the last few minutes hadn't even happened. It was then they heard a chuckle coming from Izuku.
"Heh. Well, what do you know... LEARNED IT"

A Fic where Izuku is born with an obvious Mutation but is still declared Quirkless by the doctor, only to find out he has possibly the most unique copy quirk in the world that he has to keep the full scope of secret for the safety of himself and his family.This is my first serious attempt at a fic in over decade.
