Summary
As Byakuya prepares to put a plan in motion to intentionally kill everyone left in this foolish game, himself included, he finds himself face-to-face with a slim, golden opportunity to finally heal- and he takes it, albeit in the single most frustrating and traumatizing way to everyone around him: by hiding away the body of Chihiro Fujisaki and helping him regain his health, his senses, and his memories.
(A Togami-centric fic, revolves around manipulative hurt/comfort, slowburn, and, generally, Togami being an emotionally constipated moron with more familial trauma than a praying mantis.)
This is food for me, the author. If you happen to enjoy watching your favs suffer, you'll enjoy this too maybe if youre lucky and the moon is in the right phase.

Summary
Byakuya Togami takes a very bad spill after tying up the corpse of Chihiro Fujisaki. He doesn't anticipate that the head trauma gave him the ability to see, hear, and interact with ghosts-- specifically the ones of his dead and dying classmates.
Chihiro Fujisaki, on the other post-mortem hand, learns his single power as a ghost is being capable of possession- and elects to use this power for both Blackmail and forcing Togami to help their friends. Or Else. :^)
Read the tags but also I'm telling you this is super vaguely, loosely based on the concept of ghosts bbc/cbs. dont @ me.

Chihiro lies alone in bed for the umpteenth time, wondering where his fiance could possibly be at this hour of the night if he wasn't out with his gang. It doesn't take long for him to reach a conclusion he never wanted to reach.
After a suicide attempt there's a lot of rebuilding of his life, including who he chooses to spend his time with.

Kazuichi soon after imposes that if they're still dating after some years, they should get married. grappling with feelings of unrequited love for their high school crushes, they help each other through it and become the kind of caring couple the two of them thought they'd only find in a dollar store romance novel.

dorm roommate AU - class 78th survived the Killing School simulation and went back to their lives as ultimate gifted students at Hope's Peak Academy. Despite the obvious tension, students are expected to put on their oxford button-down shirt uniform, enrolling their senior year as per-usual.
Chihiro is about to found out why he and Byakuya can never get along.
