Summary
*What was supposed to be a simple call, up and down in a few minutes to get the man down safely, rapidly turned into a disaster for Eddie in about five seconds flat. The scene that played out in front of him next felt like slow motion to him and he was pretty sure his heart stopped at one point… He’d never felt fear like it in his life, the shockwaves that shot through him like an earthquake straight to his soul as he watched Buck fall…
~*~
“Are you putting me on a sex ban, Santa?” Buck teased.
“Oh?” Eddie smirked. “Santa? Well aren’t you kinky.”
“I can be if you’ll let me.” Buck whispered, smirking at Eddie’s eyes growing darker the more he spoke. “You just look so gorgeous dressed like the real deal.” Buck murmured, leaning forward to kiss him.
“Oh no you don’t!” Eddie defended.
“So you’re really gonna put a sex ban on me?” Buck huffed.
“Hmmm, I don’t know… If I’m Santa, surely I get to decide whether you’re on my naughty list or my nice list? So I get to decide what you deserve.”
OR
Buck gets reckless on a call and almost falls, putting himself on the naughty list. ‘Santa’ is angry with him and needs to show Buck his lesson.

Summary
Bucky doesn’t panic. Or, more accurately, he doesn’t allow himself to panic. Not if he can help it. He can feel the first threads of it clawing at his throat now, though. He walks as fast as he can without jostling the whimpering mass of fur in his arms too much, squashing down the images of Barton bleeding out on the floor, of his lifeless body being carried away, no idea whether he or the dog are going to make it.
When Bucky finds Clint and his dog bleeding out in an alleyway, he doesn’t expect his life to become all about dog-sitting duties, instagram, and shitty daytime TV gameshows. He also doesn’t expect to get drawn into Clint’s latest drama. He really should have known better.
