Ilya could swear his ribcage was having a hard time putting up with his heart. It was Shane’s fault alone. “Hi,” he replied like the love-sick puppy that he was, gently cupping his husband’s chin before kissing him, being rewarded with giggles. Drunk Shane was so cute, Ilya had half a mind to excuse themselves from the celebration already.
“Shots?”
“Drink your ginger ale like good boy and I’ll think about it.” Water was the next step he had in mind, hoping it would help with the headache he knew his husband was going to get the very next day.
“I’m always a good boy,” Shane commented with a scrunch of his nose.
