Lightheadedness racked through him then, worsening the agonizing pounding ricocheting under his skull. He violently coughed up blood that started to coat the inside of his throat and had him clenching his teeth, trying to bear the agony of it all. He finally succumbed to his struggling lithe body fully collapsing, his face slamming into the rooftop as he went limp with a pained crack.
At long last, the Radio Demon fell unconscious with a torn bloodied smile half-stitched messily on display, dark blood pooling around his pathetic body; alone and vulnerable…
Yet not unnoticed.
Or
Alastor injuries himself during a manic episode and Vox has too much of a bleeding heart not to bring him to his old hidden apartment to patch him up. If only he considered the consequences of the Radio Demon waking up in an apartment he thought was long lost and full of memories of the two of them before their rivalry.

Summary
Alastor's dark desires bubble to the surface again when rut season hits. With an outlet for aggression in Vox, he has the demon put on a little show for him, a display of how far Vox has come in honing his special method of murder, of ripping a body apart molecule by molecule. Frenzy stoked to a fever pitch and encouraged by Vox's own mania and lust for blood, Alastor's animal urges bubble over and he takes Vox apart in his own way.

"I don't see why we have to do this..." Alastor mumbles. He didn't want an "open relationship", or for Vox to continue seeing other people in a serious matter. Since they figured out their little misunderstanding, everything should just go back to the way it was, and they could be fine again. "Can't we just," Alastor pauses, looking away for a moment, more genuine shyness than the fake bambi shit he put on for attention. "Can't we go home and...have sex? That's what you wanted from me, yes? I'm willing to just do it now, with no fuss. I was being cruel before, but I've seen the error of my wa-"
"Alastor." Vox interrupts. "For the last time, it wasn't the lack of sex that was the problem. It was the emotional abuse and torture."
"Ah." Alastor stares at the ground awkwardly. "Well, some people would say not having intercourse regularly is in fact emotional abuse and torture."
"I'm going to show you personally what torture looks like if you don't shut the fuck up and go on this date with Val."
"...Promise?"
