Well, what nobody talks about is that living that double life might actually be what puts you into the ground first. If a giant doped up guy doesn’t beat you to it, of course.”

    He shoots another silvery line at the next closest towering skyscraper, close enough to see his own reflection and throw a distorted peace sign.

    “I’m gonna tell you a story. Or, well, I’ll take you along for a story,” he continues, letting gravity pull him into a short freefall. “My story, I guess. I have no idea how it’s gonna end, or how bad it might get along the way, so don't ask me for spoilers. We’ll both just have to be surprised together.”

    Sal found himself sitting at the bar once again, watching God's Rejects, well actually, watching 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘴 𝘗𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱𝘴, as he performed with his band. He stood up there on the stage, with his stupid fucking band, and his stupid fucking guitar. His hair stuck to his neck with sweat, as he jumped around the stage, while strumming on his instrument.

    His beautiful, green eyes sparkled in the light of the stage. His piercings and his long, blonde and pink hair suited him so well. He looked so grown up, Sal could barely recognize him. He looked nothing like the scared, little boy that Sal once loved so fucking much. He looked like a complete fucking stranger. But he was still just as beautiful as he was the day he met him.
