Summary
What begins as a cozy “let’s-tour-my-swamp-palace” turns into a full-on power struggle wrapped in lust and wicked laughter. One by one, the authors crank up the tension like a radio tuning through the six stages of foreplay:
Claire sets the stage: humidity, charm, and a mansion full of secrets.
Flick brings the heat: Alastor teasing Charlie with that "Oh, you’re lying, my dear" energy that screams trouble.
Dani kicks the door down with pure sinful poetry — the kiss, the fangs, the “I’m-going-to-make-you-scream” promises.
Pumpkin gives us the literary version of a swooning Victorian faint while cursing every romance novel trope that made bad boys hot. (And yes, Alastor tastes like coffee and blood, which is somehow unfairly sexy.)
Mare flips the script — suddenly Charlie takes control, and the Radio Demon becomes the Radio Sub.
Chosen finishes the set with a crescendo of power play, moans, and dominance so potent it could probably knock out the hotel’s electricity for a week.OR
