“Thank you,” he breathed out, “See you around.”
And just like that, the stranger that was Peter Parker left.
MJ stared out the door long after the boy had exited. Something was off, but not in the foreboding sense that Michelle Jones was accustomed to.
How did you know what I was going to say?
Alternatively, MJ meets a cute boy at work and realises that he is hiding something. She likes figuring things out, especially when said thing is affecting her own thoughts and feelings.

After the completion of Strange's spell that wipes everyone's memory of Peter Parker, Peter cannot bring himself to explain his unique situation to his old friends, believing that everyone was better off without him in their lives. Unbeknownst to Peter, however, the people he left behind are suffering in his absence. Even without their memories of Peter, his loved ones still grieve, not understanding the reason why their hearts feel like they're missing a piece. When those closest to him slowly regain their memories, Peter finally realizes that both Peter Parker and Spider-man can have their place in the world.
AKA my way of coping with the depressing ending of NWH!
