    Summary

At first, Mon did not recognize the woman Erskin brought in. She looked to be a human in her late twenties or early thirties. She had long honey blonde hair, worn in loose curls, and brown eyes that were framed by long lashes. Her clothing was made of a pale yellow fabric, cut in the style that was popular on Coruscant lately. She looked sweet, was Mon's first thought. Innocent.

It wasn't until Mon noticed the scar above her eyebrow that her heart seemed to stop for a moment.

    "Kl—"

    "Klara Duraz."

Kleya stepped forward with a bright smile, unlike anything Mon had seen before, and held out her hand.

    -

Or, after an attempt on Mon's life, Kleya is sent undercover as her new senatorial aide in order to not only protect her but track down her assassin before it's too late.

“So let me get this straight,” Rio says. “You lost the Darkhold. You’ve got no power. And the Scarlet Witch is so pissed off that she’s been – what? Keeping you prisoner here as someone else?”

    “Pretty much.”

Rio nods, looking thoughtful. And then she lets her head fall back and cackles.

“Oh, sweetheart,” she says, absolutely delighted. “You are so fucked.”

Agatha likes to pretend she doesn’t have regrets. But accidentally teaching Wanda how to send people back into their own memories?

    Yeah. She might regret that.

    Summary

    The door explodes.

“Honey, I’m home,” Rio calls out as she stalks inside, a huntress, a predator scanning the room for her prey.

A few centuries ago, Rio never would have described herself as vengeful. Death isn’t angry, doesn’t hold grudges, isn’t kind or unkind – Death simply is. Flowers bloom and wilt, leaves turn brown and fall into soil to rot, and humans live until they die. It’s the natural order of things, and Rio’s job is simply to keep the cycle turning. There was never any spite to it, no bitterness or hostility.

And then she met Agatha Harkness.

Rio just wants one conversation with Agatha. One.

And if she has to trap them both in a time loop to make it happen, so be it.

“Wait, you haven’t even heard my pitch,” She can hear William’s footsteps quickening behind her, “She’s gay, too.”

Agatha turns sharply on her heel, “How could you possibly know that?”

    “I asked.”

“You asked?” Agatha slaps a hand over her face, covering her eyes, “Oh my God, Teen, one of these days you’re going to get slapped in the face, and you’re going to deserve it.”

    Or,

Agatha’s teenage neighbor tries to play matchmaker with her and the hot funeral director who just moved in next door. It goes about as well as you’d expect.

    Summary

    “I don’t have sex.”

Agatha’s face screwed up somewhere between delight and incredulity, “You don’t ever?” She scoffed, “As in you’ve never at all? How long have you been here?”

“Since the inception of life itself.”

“And you’ve never fucked?” The way she said it, it did sound a little stupid, “What do you do to pass the time?”

“I scare children,” Death shifted in her chair, still rubbing at the skin of one hand with the other. No wonder Agatha had nowhere to live, she thought. She was unbearable. “Amongst other things.”

    *

    Or,

Upon meeting Death, Agatha takes it upon herself to educate her on some of the finer points of being human.
