He can feel it in the way Frank watches him, in the way his expression changes whenever Peter gets too close, like he's fighting some internal battle that Peter desperately wishes he could understand because maybe, just maybe, its the same fight Peter battles whenever Frank dresses his wound.
Peter doesn't move because Frank is his friend and Peter likes having him as a friend far too much to risk losing him.
