    They had lost.
    The hideout ship was destroyed, and Splatsville (soon to be the whole world) was under siege from hordes of unknown salmonid that they were completely unprepared for. But through some miracle, Deep Cut and the Mechanic managed to survive. Out of options, they called the only person they knew could help.
    Their Boss, of course!
    After some panicked regrouping, Deep Cut, the Squidbeak Splatoon, Off The Hook and the Mechanic ended up holing up in Splatsville. They're left managing a bunker for the survivors of salmon armeggedon. Time is of the essence. The more frenzied fish in Splatsville, the more destruction they'll wreak. It's up to them to find a way to fix this.

    TLDR: Apocalyptic post Raiders bad ending fic where everyone has to make/run a bunker for the survivors. Expect forced proximity, angst, resource management, and the struggle of having over 10 main characters to keep track of. I wrote this fic almost exclusively past midnight instead of going to bed
