Summary
Neil's life has been anything but normal. His birth was unnatural, his childhood a mixture of blood and darkness. His youth was spent on the run, with no place safe for him to stay too long. It was only recently that he had been able to live in quiet solitude, hidden from the world in his lonely tower. It all basically goes back to shit when a short, dangerous man breaks his window and offers him a deal. With his tower no longer safe, Neil finds himself once again having to run in order to survive.

A-Yuan suddenly felt a cool hand stroke the top of his head. He tilted his head up to see Wei Wuxian’s eyes had softened. Wei Wuxian knelt down and removed A-Yuan’s tiny hands from his leg to hold them firmly in his own.
“Don’t cry, A-Yuan,” he said. “I’ve caused my family enough tears.”
A-Yuan sniffled and did his best to hold in his sadness.

After the events of Dressrosa, Cavendish decides to stay out of the spotlight in order to secretly track down a mysterious treasure. When the treasure is finally within reach, however, the appearance of Bartolomeo the Cannibal causes Cavendish's meticulous plans to crumble. Through a series of bad decisions and disastrous events, the treasure falls into the hands of enemy pirates. To make matters worse, the effects of a devil fruit bind Cavendish and Bartolomeo to each other. In order to get back the treasure, and free themselves from the devil fruit's curse, they must put their differences aside and work together. With personalities like theirs, its easier said than done.
