“Hey, Miguel! Have you ever thought of sharing this stuff online?”
That’s how it starts, with Leo draping an arm around his shoulders and grinning ear to ear, giving him a little shake. They’re all together on a rooftop, looking at Mikey’s latest creation, a big sprawling spray of the sunflowers he’s only ever seen in pictures.
“What, like, publicly?” he asks, craning his neck to look up at his big brother. “You think it’s that good?”
“Of course I do!” Leo holds his arm out, painting the rosy picture his mind has conjured with his words. “I can see it now! Famous artist Michelangelo, brother to the even more famous athlete-actor-rock star Leonardo!”
Mikey starts an art account, and learns a few things along the way.

Summary
Len fell into the Japan hidden city alone, half dead, and with no memories a little over a year ago, with all too his name being a crumpled photo and a shattered metal button.
Odd dreams, a restless feeling in his soul, and meeting with an (alleged) person from his past has finally sparked his curiousity enough to search for his old life. He is 100% sure he can get back to his family and his old life!!
How smoothly that search will go and what will happen at the end is….more up in the air.

Summary
The problem isn't that Neil is dying. The problem is that Neil doesn't dare to hope, and Eva refuses to let go. The problem is that Neil and Eva are both equally bad at honesty and asking for help. The problem is that Neil knows how the story ends. In the end, the middle is all that's left.

"You sure you're alright?" Neil asks.
The way he asks is brisk, feigning nonchalance. He has a habit of doing that, putting on an artificial tone of apathy or humor, as though he couldn't care less for the answer. Eva noticed it a long time ago, because Neil has always been somewhat of a performer, and the voice he adopts on stage is usually just a distraction that helps to separate the emotion from the words being said.
"Mm," Eva musters, because she's answered this particular question far too many times lately, and is more than a little bit tired of it.
"You're a bad liar."
