Not because Severus tells him outright. No, Seerus hints at it. Like he knew Sirius had been imagining it, after he had all but accused Severus of it earlier, and decided to punish him by never denying it, saying it is freeing even.
Now Sirius can’t breathe right when he sees Severus. Can’t stop thinking about thigh-high stockings, garters, and the delicate drag of lace over sharp hips. Can’t stop wanting to ruin him—while being ruined himself. Because Severus doesn’t just wear it. He weaponizes it.
And Sirius? Sirius falls apart for it. Over and over again.

Severus was truly enjoying a perfect, serene existence in his idyllic neighborhood. That tranquility was shattered when a 'For Sale' sign appeared next door, and soon after, his absolute worst nightmare moved in.
The new neighbor, Sirius Black, embodied everything Severus detested: he was noisy, ill-mannered, and possessed an insufferable air of arrogance. He would frequently strut around his backyard, shirtless and often followed by a ridiculous procession of guinea pigs – Severus simply couldn't fathom why any grown adult would keep sixteen rodents as pets.
Much to the amusement of his best friend, Lily, it seemed Sirius didn't share Severus's animosity. In fact, he appeared far more interested in charming Severus than engaging in any sort of conflict.
