Spidey freed his other hand to wrap both arms around Wade's neck, holding him closer than Wade could have ever dreamed. On the off chance that this was a dream, Wade took advantage of the lack of consequences and slid his own arms around Spidey's waist. He squeezed him lightly and got a pleased little wiggle for his efforts.
"Thanks, Webs," Wade rasped.
A nod in reply. And then Spidey stood on his toes to put his mouth directly to Wade's masked ear and whisper, "Miss you."
