    "Saijou-san, please come with me. Let us go back to the altar so that your brand new happily-wedded married life may begin."

    Claudine lets out a curt huff of a breath.

    "Stop doing that. You've been saying things like that all day. And it's kind of creeping me out."

    Maya holds onto the facade. She has to. For the sake of saving this wedding.

    "It was never my intention to do so. I am merely expressing my sincere wishes for your continued happiness in marriage."

    "Sincere?" Claudine growls. "Are you? Are you really? Because the way you kissed me last night, and the weird way you've been acting ever since, seriously point to the contrary..."
