    What happens to people that don't have quirks in a world full of quirks? What happens to the world when one quirkless person finally snaps? Well... chaos happens because that quirkless person wasn't just any normal quirkless person. No, he was a genius and had intelligence that would make Nezu shiver in fear. Using his intelligence in finding people's weaknesses, building technology, experimenting, and leading. Izuku Midoriya would go on to become the Verdant Emperor while his Verdant Guards follow his will. They always told him he couldn't be a hero but no one ever told him he couldn't be an Emperor!

    This is how Izuku Midoriya overthrows the natural order of the world and takes control through his intelligence and the loyalty of his men.

Dabi starts helping out at a flower shop next to the tattoo parlor Hawks is apprenticing at. When the two meet by chance, instead of acting on old instincts, they simply exist and try to take things one day at a time.
