Vi leaned back on her hands, tone cautiously casual. “Can I ask you somethin’?” Her next question had been on her mind for a few months now and over the last two weeks, it was getting harder to ignore.
“You may,” Caitlyn answered, the fabric of her cape rippling in the wind, as if to signal her curiosity.
“What’s it like to fly?” Vi broke out into a grin, mirroring the hovering woman's own sudden smile. It was one that showed a hint of a gap in her front teeth.
“Shouldn’t you know, Ms. Jumper?” her voice had that, playful, teasing quality to it again. Vi let out a loud laugh while crossing her ankles.
“Please never call me that again and I don’t fly. I fall, with style." Caitlyn chuckled before tilting her head in thought, searching for the proper words to describe it.
“Honestly… it feels like pure freedom,” she finally landed on.
“It really looks like it,” Vi said softly.Or:

“The universe, no,” Skye acquiesced, “so these are your terms? I push the button I need to push to give you your gift, and you shoot me?”
“I won’t hesitate,” Caitlyn Kiramman promised.
Skye considered. She wanted to be around to see the gift be received - there was so much science in that to observe - but that wouldn’t be possible if she was shot.
“I accept your terms,” Skye replied, and raced to push the button as Caitlyn Kiramman pulled the trigger.

A string of killings had set Piltover City on edge. Unknown intentions by and an unknown killer. Detective Caitlyn Kiramman had been at every crime scene. She'd seen the gruesome deaths the victims had encountered. The polaroid pictures left at the scenes that the killer themselves had taken. The only description they have is a tall, muscular figure dressed in all black and wearing a mask, which had earned them the name Ghostface. A name that has been haunting Caitlyn for weeks. Who is Ghostface? Why are they killing? And why are they leaving gifts on Caitlyn's doorstep?

Summary
Sir Nancy had long since accepted her fate. For the rest of her life, she was set to serve by Prince Steve’s side, sworn as his loyal knight. Her desires must be set aside; her duty and honor always taking first place.
Prince Steve knows his place in this world. His days of freedom are over, his future a bargaining chip for political power. All he can do is hope that he can find peace between himself and the woman he is being forced to marry.
But the Kingdom of Hawkins isn’t what it seems.
