    Gotham is never quiet, the holidays are no exception to that fact.

    As Tim and Dick begin to settle into the new normal, two crime sprees test the strength of their trust.

    A string of robberies that leave them struggling to find answers, as bodies begin to appear around the city. With a concerning connection to an enemy that has Dick worried for Tim's safety.

    Dick enters the apartment, going straight to the stairwell, pulling out his grapple.

    “5th floor, third door to the right.” Tim states shooting his own grapple to the correct floor.

    Dick follows, racing down towards the ajar door. Bloody footprints are soaked into the carpet, tapering off before they get to the stairwell. The blood is browning, it’s been there awhile.

    Tim arrives at the door first, and slips inside.

    “Robin, wait!”

    It has been four months since he saved Bruce. Since Kon came back. Since Bart came back. Since something as permanent as death became temporary once again.

    Tim knows better now.

    And as he moves out of the big manor, he knows no one will really miss him. He knows.

    But it still hurts.

    Or: Tim goes to therapy and explores his depression, while his family misses him dearly

Damian al Ghul who shares blood with Tim's former Master, his kidnapper, his torturer. Damian, who doesn't deserve to stand in their father's shoes. Damian, who treats the new Robin like the little brother Tim always wanted to be to him. Back then. Before.

    And Tim has some things to say about all that.

    "Damian?" Tim chokes out. And it is. Damian is crouching in front of him. Older, bigger, wearing Bruce's suit, but his face is bare and his brow is knit in concern.

    But he has his grandfather's eyes and all Tim can see is Ra's between blinks.

    Everyone knows the four remaining members of Young Justice: Tim Drake, Bart Allen, Cassandra Sandsmark, and Kon-El. Everyone also knows that the four of them used to be part of a team named Young Justice in their early days, before joining the Teen Titans. However, very few people know what happened on that team. Very few people also know about the missing members of the team.

    Young Justice was not just those four. Young Justice was populated almost entirely by unknown names in case files and half-forgotten syllables.

    Or, five times someone learned about the forgotten members of Young Justice and had no idea who they were, and one time they met them.

    (I am Peter Benjamin Parker, and I exist.)

    Three months after his existence was erased, Peter Parker was not doing so well. His solace came from knowing that at the very least he had managed to save his city in the end.

    Apparently, though, Peter realized as Doctor Strange explained to him that he had to give up even more, losing everything-and-then-some just wasn't enough.

    OR

    The multiverse continues to collapse in on itself. Doctor Strange discovers the source of the problem as Peter Parker. The only viable solution is to remove Peter from his original universe so that no more entities will be drawn to his presence there.

    Peter is sent to a world that lost its Peter Parker, and finds himself lost in a sea of people he'd grieved who had all grieved him in kind.
