Summary
Akechi’s fangs make themselves known through the faint pokes on his lower left neck. “Are… are you sure about this, Amamiya-kun?” His voice is uncharacteristically small. Ren wishes he knew why.
“Yes, Akechi. You can go ahead.” With that, Ren feels two pricks of pain before the vampire saliva (Or is it venom…? He can’t recall.) blocks most of the discomfort.
Or: Four times Akechi was bloodhungry, and one time he indulged.

Summary
Akira doesn’t remember most of the trip back to Leblanc. Whatever drugs they’d given him are starting to wear off, but he still feels woozy and nauseous. He only manages to make it up to the attic with copious help from Ann and Makoto.
He collapses onto his bed in relief, and oh god he really shouldn’t have moved that quickly. “I think I’m gonna throw up.” Ann rushes to grab his trash can, getting it to him just in time.
Akira groans as he sits back up. God, whatever they gave him is wreaking havoc on his sense of smell. Normally, Ann and Makoto’s scents are calming, part of his pack. Right now, though, they grate on him. Ann’s spun sugar is overpowering the clean cotton notes of her scent, making her smell sickly sweet. Makoto, on the other hand, smells so strongly of burning chlorine that he can barely make out the old paper. Even worse, though, is the alpha undertone to both of their scents, making his head throb.

Summary
It took Akechi a total of two and a half seconds to diagnose precisely what was wrong.
“You’re hurt,” he said. There was a wrinkle in his brow, a tightness to his jaw. That singular emotion seemed more genuine than any expression he had ever shown on any live broadcast.

“I’m not—” Akira’s eyes narrow. “I’m not an omega.”
His scent flares up to underline his words, dizzying and insistent with the need to overthrow Goro’s own.
Undoubtedly alpha.
“I’m not noseblind, Kurusu. I know what you are.” Goro pushes his mask off his face, inhaling deeply. “And I honestly couldn’t care less.”

Summary
The touch is careful, almost fleeting, and Atsushi leaned into it as though fearful that it would slip away from him so easily.
It doesn't.
Akutagawa is still there, fingers on Atsushi's chin, tilting it upwards, a window of chance opening up to him as he reaches to unclasp the choker.

Akutagawa, seeing him had turned around, immediately shouted again, “I’ll wait for you!!” he said, “The Agency is always open for everyone,” he shouted again, “you could… you could come by any time.”
“The orphanage is also open for everyone, you know,” Atsushi shouted back, “I mean… the kids certainly need a new playground… some new friends too, right? After all... Kyouka probably also had something to say to you!”
With a smile, Akutagawa shouted: “See you later!”
With the same smile, Atsushi shouted back: “See you later!”

Summary
He’s… grateful. It’s a surprising emotion to feel. Atsushi’s only felt grateful to three people in his life.
“Akutagawa-san.” He calls out. The man in question turns around slightly. “Why have you not tried to kill me yet?”
Akutagawa cocks an eyebrow. “I think the real question is, why have you not tried to kill me?”
And dammit, it’s a good question. Atsushi wants to feel angry, to rage, to hurt, to kill. But Akutagawa is leaving him be, and making him tea, and speaking in a soft voice. He doesn’t remember the last time somebody did that for him.
