Summary
Nonostante il nome del regno sia "Rosas", nulla nell'attuale situazione è rose e fiori, soprattutto per la regina Amaya. A un anno dal disastro avvenuto, Amaya si sentirà spinta a fare una visita all'uomo col quale ha vissuto buona parte della propria vita. L'esito di tale visita è tuttavia da stabilirsi.

"Sarebbe stato complesso spiegare allo staff come la vista differente al di fuori dell’ampia vetrata nella sua nuova camera da letto fosse qualcosa al quale la regina Amaya doveva ancora abituarsi aveva il dubbio se ci sarebbe mai riuscita sul serio o meno.
Ancor più complicato, tuttavia, sarebbe stato spiegare il motivo che la stava spingendo nelle segrete per la prima volta.
Aveva una giustificazione pronta, chiaro, le beneamate “questioni di sicurezza”, il verificare coi propri occhi che Magnifico fosse ancora ben chiuso nello specchio. Chi avrebbe potuto avere da ridire?
La realtà però era più complicata, come spesso accadeva quando c’erano in ballo i sentimenti.
Soprattutto i sentimenti tra coniugi." -

Summary
"Non è una buona idea inseguire una farfalla in luoghi che non si conoscono": una lezione che la giovanissima Spectra imparerà -o forse no?- grazie ai "maestri" più improbabili che ci siano, nonché le ultime persone che qualsiasi Autobot o Decepticon vorrebbe incrociare sul proprio cammino.
Dal primo capitolo:
"«Cosa è “Towards Peace”?»
La domanda di Spectra ebbe un impatto tale da far sì che Tarn non si curasse minimamente di essere stato interrotto.
Il silenzio che calò per qualche secondo fu abissale.
«Tu non conosci il libro scritto da Megatron in persona?!» domandò il Decepticon, più sconvolto di quanto avrebbe mai ammesso, stringendola ancora nella sua mano.
Spectra fece spallucce. «Io non so nemmeno come sia fatto Megatron. So solo che è il capo dei Decepticon e che i Decepticon portano il simbolo che avete voi sui vostri corpi e tu sul tuo viso… aspetta: per caso sei tu Megatron e hai scelto il tuo viso come simbolo?»"
