Summary
In a city that mistakes usefulness for love and obedience for loyalty, the Port Mafia thrives on decay. Chuuya Nakahara is your average delinquent-constantly violating the dress code AND the rules, not to mention he cant go a month without getting into a fight with another student.
So its really no wonder when he finally gets expelled and no other school will accept him, luckily his father the principle of another school is able to pull some strings and get him into a nice high school instead of being permanently suspended from going to school.
There he meets a peculiar boy on the school council, Osamu Dazai, top of the class, Student council president, AND A MASSIVE BL FANATIC!?!?Suddenly chuuya has a new problem because the student council president seems to have taken interest in him because in his eyes Chuuya's his 'Love Interest' in a hit BL

In practice, however, Dazai quickly proved himself to be nothing short of a living nightmare. The first week alone had proven that.
Dazai Osamu was a menace. He was insufferable, a total nuisance, a walking migraine in human form.
