After the death of Qui-Gon Jinn, Obi-wan tells the Jedi council that it was his final wish for Kenobi to train Skywalker however instead of accepting this and allowing the newly knighted Jedi to train the boy they make him choose between the order and Anakin, Obi-wan who had dedicated his life to the Jedi can't desert The Order. Anakin is left on Naboo lost, with nothing to guide.
