“Whatever you’re smirking at, you won’t be in a minute,” Quinn growled as she stepped fully into their apartment. She kicked the door closed and flicked the lock, her eyes never once leaving Rachel’s. Those beautiful brown eyes she loved so much were blown wide in a delicious mixture of fear and lust. Quinn’s own body was thrumming with desire—and had been since lunch, when Rachel had shown up unannounced to the Student Teachers’ office she shared with her fellow English PhDs at Columbia.
“You were exceptionally naughty today, weren’t you, little girl?” Quinn asked as she stalked casually toward her girlfriend. She wasn’t in any rush; she was going to enjoy this game Rachel had started earlier in the day.

When Caryn Taker accepted the position of House Mom for SPK, one of the soreority houses on RBU’s Brat Row, she never meant for it to become a permanent thing. She’d been a new adjunct professor at RBU teaching Creative Writing, after having recently graduated with her Masters in English Lit. The House Parent gig came with a nice bit of supplemental income, not to mention free accommodations. Caryn had leapt at the chance to establish herself, expecting to move on within a year or two.
Seven years had passed since then, and Caryn never left. She’d fallen in love with the position and her girls.
