Summary
Shelby Corcoran didn’t have any issues parenting Quinn right from the get-go. When biological child Rachel joins the mix, Shelby is at a loss for what to do. She’s missed so much of Rachel’s childhood and wants to spoil the girl. She’s also afraid too many mistakes will send Rachel packing. But with her parenting style differing so drastically from girl to girl, hurt feelings and jealousy run rampant. It’s a learning curve for all of them, and there are bound to be bumps and bruises along the way.

When Caryn Taker accepted the position of House Mom for SPK, one of the soreority houses on RBU’s Brat Row, she never meant for it to become a permanent thing. She’d been a new adjunct professor at RBU teaching Creative Writing, after having recently graduated with her Masters in English Lit. The House Parent gig came with a nice bit of supplemental income, not to mention free accommodations. Caryn had leapt at the chance to establish herself, expecting to move on within a year or two.
