Summary
You are (Y/N) Rose, the second daughter of Aurora and Phillip, and Audrey's younger sister. Your life is pretty simple, as you weren't in line for any throne, nor did you want to be! Prince Ben was your best friend and future brother-in-law, and he respected your distaste for his and Audrey's relationship.
Everything changes when Ben releases his first official proclamation as king, to bring kids from the Isle of the Lost to Auradon! While you are not completely sure about this idea, you support Ben 100%
And that's when you meet him. Maven, Mal's twin brother, is probably the most attractive boy you've ever seen. Infatuated, you are the guide for the newcomers, and maybe, for a certain Dragon, a little bit more. -

"Bless me father, for I have sinned."
The dim light coming from the opposite side of the confessional made you feel uneasy. You couldn't quite tell the shape of the priest, even though you knew he was there, listening to you.
"It's been three months since my last confession." You said fidgeting your thumbs while you tried to find the right words.
The priest cleared his throat, waiting for you to continue.
"I have been spending time with someone who lacks morals... has no respect for our religion and no concern for the people we help... nor me." You gripped your knees. "And I have been enjoying his company despite it all. Every second of it." You said bowing your head in shame.
The priest didn't answer right away. It felt like minutes had passed before he let out a deep chuckle.
"sister..." he purred, his voice deep and hoarse. "do ya really enjoy my company that much?"
You quickly sat up as you woke up, breathing rapidly while looking for him around the library.
But you were alone.

Jason Todd's soulmate mark says No, you can't be.
He's pretty sure that means he's doomed.
Then he meets Robin.
Things rapidly spiral into Jason accidentally becoming Tim Drake's safe place, Bruce discovering he's been lied to for nearly a year, Janet Drake taking over wedding planning, Alfred adopting another child against his will, and Gotham becoming convinced Jason Todd-Wayne runs the mafia.
Or: a soulmate AU where the marks don't stop changing after you meet, because sometimes your first words aren't the ones that matter most.

Summary
In the 1950s, you’re just a studio secretary with big ambitions and a front-row seat to the rise of Vincent Whittman—the charming weatherman who murders his way into becoming TV’s new golden boy. As bodies pile up and ratings soar, you trade your conscience for a promotion and fall hopelessly in love with this ego-maniac serial killer-- while juggling circling police, a sinister “curse” on the network, a smug voice on the radio that seems to know too much, and an entertainment industry that’s evolving faster (and bloodier) than anyone can control.
