Wonder Tweek and Super Craig weren’t happy to see each other approaching the building, but they didn’t say anything. What did surprise them, though, was Professor Chaos actually winning the fight this time. Neither hero knew how it happened–apparently Butters invented a bunch of new gadgets that overpowered both Tweek’s storms and Craig’s punches.
Now they were trapped inside a little cage like two feral animals. Professor Chaos had said something about revenge and being an outcast before leaving, but neither of them had been listening. No, they were too busy giving each other death glares and trying to break free to give one single fuck about Butters.

Summary
Wonder Tweek was always viewed as the weakest of Freedom Pals. There isn't much you can do with the weather, especially with his relatively weak connection to it. At least he has his beloved Super Craig, the far more powerful (albeit divisive) hero who is always by his side.
But when Craig sacrifices himself to stop a portal to hell, Tweek almost feels like there's no reason to go on. Except for the fact that he can't get Professor Chaos's words out of his head:
"You don't just change the weather. You alter reality."
