Summary
Back in the States after Thanos' early defeat in their universe, and faced with Bucky's 70 year plus running insistent dislike of Loki: Steve see-saws between the options of putting his foot down with Barnes; or the path of least resistance there in simply letting the Trickster leave with the Guardians.
Either way means fessing up as to how very personal that relationship was and might be; and how far back it goes to the rest of the group as well as Barnes, though: something Rogers isn't exactly comfortable with to say the least.
