  Summary

  Dyl was enjoying Gotham as much as any person could reasonably enjoy the city. He followed most of the unspoken rules and stayed out of trouble. It was not his fault at all that he decided to get fresh air on the same day an Ivy decided it was time chaos. Villains usually don’t operate openly during the day!
