Summary
Control of Hoover Dam goes to the people of Vegas. Raul didn't think he'd live to see that happen. It's the start of something no one's tried yet, possibly for very good reasons, and the end of a quest for revenge. If they wanted, it could be the end of them too. They can just drift apart, now, easy as that.

Summary
"Y’see, my arm...” Nick gestures with his metal hand to his left arm which is hanging limp at his side. “It’s given up the ghost.”
Hancock smiles wryly, his eyes glinting. “Aw, not your pretty one?”
“‘Fraid so. Something must’ve come loose in the scuffle because right now it’s dead weight.” Nick shrugs his left shoulder and his arm swings uselessly. “Hey, uh, I don’t suppose you’d mind...?”Nick’s arm is busted. Luckily, he knows a guy with a tin of Mentats and a can-do attitude.

Summary
"Or..." Higgs drew the word out, inching slowly closer until he was almost touching Sam. "Could it be that chiralium-laced pollen you exploded all over yourself earlier?" he asked, in a low, almost secretive tone, leaning in towards Sam in a way that sent more shivers down his spine. "Not your most graceful moment, I must say. Though it definitely makes a good picture to add to the wall."
Before Sam could even begin to process what he might have meant by that, Higgs leaned in, face practically in crook of his neck, and sniffed him, inhaling deeply. He moved even closer, now full-on nuzzling Sam, nose trailing up from the bit of exposed skin at his neck, to the hinge of his jaw, when he got to the hollow of Sam's cheek, Higgs stuck out his tongue and licked a stripe going the rest of the way up his face.
