The doorman looked at the person in front of him. Izaack Gauss.
All the data is correct, there is a DDD stamp, the passport date is correct, and the reason for entering is reasonable. Even the punctuation is correct.
They looked at the list and faked a sad sigh:
"Izaack... You're not on the list."
Izaack's eyes quickly turned red and a growl escaped his mouth:
"Shit, it was almost perfect! I forgot about it! I knew you wouldn't be easily fooled..."
The doorman hummed sympathetically in response to the hysteria, drawing a mustache on the reporter's photo.
Who was actually first on the list.
Damn. Pissing off doppelgängers was so much fun.
Just like pissing off the neighbors.
Or: the only thing that people and doppelgängers could probably agree on was that this doorman was the most horrible person on the planet.
