Nacha is convinced she now knows what she wants to do with her life with Francis by her side, but will her boyfriend stop her? Furthermore, can Francis put his deep feeling of guilt and anxiety aside to be the best he can be for Nacha and give her the support she needs?
Recommended for readers 16+. No knowledge of the That's Not My Neighbor game is needed to enjoy this story, but it is recommended to have a minor idea of how the game works.

Things were going relatively well for the Serpents Heart. Multiple fictional realms seem secure and prepared for any attack from the SCP Foundation and many folks both real and 'fictional' were taking it easy as they enjoyed the first few days in a while without an attack. The same a cannot be said for one Serpent's Heart member, Edward, bad news after bad news lead him to spend his day dwelling on his sour circumstances in totally healthy ways as his mood rotted. Well, at least he can spend these days peacefully as he wallowed in self pity. No more missions involving him traveling to a crazy dimension like the Regular Show one and end up in a hospital again. Right?
Yeah, no.
“Okay, we don’t have much time. I’m giving you a code phrase. If I say “Oh you gotta be kidding me!” then I want you to take them to the storage room. If I don't say that, then I want you to take them to the nearest police station in their reality.”
“O-Okay?” Edward has no idea why Opossum would want to do this. However she clearly knows a hell of a lot more about this mission than he does.
Oh well, at least it was only 20 powerless humans that needed rescue. Right?
Nope a curse had to ruin a easy mission as well.

Yesterday, on his very first weekend, he gets called up by the Doppelgänger Detection people or whatever, and was abruptly briefed that ‘for the next four weeks he’s to spend time with each tenant of the building he’s working at and build a bond with them for an hour’ then being told details will arrive at his doorstep the next morning. Time skip to next morning, there’s a neat file on his doorstep along with his usual newspaper.
‘Under Community Familiarity Directive of 7.3 of the D.D.D’s neighbour engagement policy (drafted by Dr. Laverne’s behavioural unit) the doorman of xxx building is instructed to conduct structured, legally recorded “social visits” with each identified tenant, up to one hour per resident to help map persona baseline for anomaly detection. Starting from April 4th to April 29th. The order in which each tenant is to be met is listed below:’ He remembers the paper saying, and below it was a list with Dr. W Afton being at the very top. There’s a D.D.D stamp so it’s official.

They looked at the list and faked a sad sigh:
"Izaack... You're not on the list."
Izaack's eyes quickly turned red and a growl escaped his mouth:
"Shit, it was almost perfect! I forgot about it! I knew you wouldn't be easily fooled..."
The doorman hummed sympathetically in response to the hysteria, drawing a mustache on the reporter's photo.

Damn. Pissing off doppelgängers was so much fun.

Though it was shown to be an impossible task, the D.D.D. have one successful result. With this success, they plan on integrating this Doppelganger into society as any over human being.
