Summary
The smoke from Kremy's cigarette mingled with the smoke from Gideon's squelched flames. He hadn't stopped smoking since this morning, chaining cigarette after cigarette to keep his hands busy. The last time he'd tried to meet with Mr. Garou, he'd snubbed him, blowing him off just to make sure Kremy knew he could, but he was sure that this time he would see him. It was time for Kremy to foot a bill he knew was a long time coming.

After the whole faewild thing, Kremy still has to get those 100,000 gold pieces to Mr. Garou. Gideon insists on coming with him, and the meeting goes about how Kremy thought it would.

Summary
Kremy LeCroux prefers not to do his own physical dirty work when possible. He's not unwilling to fight if he has too, but he really prefers not having to. Sometimes, that leads people who don't know him well to assume that he's incapable of holding his own.
He's not.
AKA: I think Kremy's powers are super cool, and also very spooky, and I enjoy imagining what it was like for the other three to realize that this dapper, tricky, skinny guy they're traveling with actually has very powerful and scary magic, and in what scenarios Kremy might pull those powers out.
