Grimalkin and Slither met once in the books. Then they're referred to as friends / allies from every book after.
But... How?
This is my head canon of how they became friends (and more!). In a story that has Nessa, her husband, her dead sister (RIP), Slither, Grimalkin, Circe, Krampus, and all of those other wacky Kobalos shenanigans.
I took SOME liberties with the lore... okay, a LOT. But I think it helps the story, and it's not too glaring. Just some stuff like Slither's backstory, Kobalos traditions, and some random terms I can't remember. Also did Grimalkin ever have a horse?
