A battle was fought and won. War looms on the horizon, but the front is quiet. Stale air and no combat couldn’t make a soldier go crazy though, right?
Kaladin and Adolin have been at odds recently, and it seems like one wrong move could set the whole situation ablaze. Yet the two men are still drawn to each other. Something keeps pushing them together, like they’re a part of some cruel joke. If they don’t overcome their weaknesses and make nice, they might just end up killing each other.
