It's recital day.
The accident still occurs, with Sunny pushing Mari down the stairs as he does in the canon.
But something is different this time.
Instead of Basil, Kel stops by to visit Sunny and Mari before their big performance.
When he sees what happened to Mari, he knows he needs to do something to keep Sunny safe.
And he will do anything it takes to do so.(NOTE: this story is currently on hiatus, and I may or may not redo this in the future… Again, idk it might be a writer’s block thing)
